  • na pokoji ke komfortu chyběla alespoň jedna židle. V pokoji pro dva, byla pouze jedna, druhý musí sedět na posteli.

  • Krásné místo v centru Krumlova, ochotný personál, možnost stravování přímo v penzionu.

  • Při příjezdu personál nevěděl, že máme rezervované ubytování, klíče od pokoje, co jsme měli dostat, tak dostal čínský turista, který byl tak zmatený, že mu byly při zpětném příchodu odebrány klíče, neboť majitelka sdělila personálu, jaké klíče máme dostat, toto působila jaksi neprofesionálně. Při otevření dveří do pokoje byl první pohled na oprýskanou omítku (pravděpodobně z důvodu prosáknutí vody do stěny), v koupelně chyběl držák na sprchu a toaletní papír. Nábytek působil z dob před 20-ti lety, na někoho to může působit nevkusně na styl a umístění tohoto hotelu.
